The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a delayed check-in but got further delayed due to traffic and reached at midnight. - Guess what? They had a nice warm dinner waiting for me. There was no veg item on the menu but the chef surprised us with some delicious dishes. Overall feeling - It was an excellent experience.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The pool, while a bit small when other travelers joined, was still a nice addition to our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with special mention to Valérie at the reception. The cleaning service was top-notch. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bottle of sparkling asti they gave me on my birthday, along with a heartfelt birthday message translated into Portuguese. These little gestures really made us feel at home. The hotel's location was also superb, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. a fantastic hotel that definitely gained new customers. Paulo Ribeiro and Avelina. Thank you so much! Obrigado!

Spacious Suites: Our suite felt like a grand mansion, offering unprecedented levels of luxury. I half expected to stumble upon a secret passageway or have my own personal butler. It truly was a lavish experience, fit for royalty.
Pillow: The pillow provided was a bit too hard for my liking. It felt like sleeping on a stack of bricks.

I keep choosing this place because of the kind staff who helped my parents. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, indoor pool, spa, flat-screen TV, beach access. Coming back for New Year!
